This is like the 'extra types of scrolls' idea that I got flamed for a few weeks ago, only this time you don't have to carry anything and the conditions last a bit longer. Even better.

interesting, although pretty useles IMO.
i also find it unfair that rangers get a +1 to all, but eles do need one offering for everything. |

there shud be these are just 2 i tried, just go to different areas and go to the respawns wen u die and type /yes (i think /kneel works as well) and see the different ones
to see wat they do u have to buy them tho  but u might as well use ur money since u dont get to keep it

There's one issue I could potentially have with them though: henchmen usage. I would love it if we were able to buy these offerings for our henchmen companions as well. It would kind of suck to be travelling with henchmen party members and have no way to enable them to acquire these benefits.

The faction preists also have offerings. A Luxon priest gave me Holy Blessing for 100 gold, it increased my health by 25 and gave me +3 health regen.
